The CS series are single-stage, mono-block, centrifugal pumps. The pump bodies, motor supports and counter-flanges are in cast iron and the range is manufactured in accordance with dimensional standards DIN-EN 733 (formerly DIN 24255), UNI 7467 and NF E44-111. This design permits “back pull out” i.e. for ease of maintenance, the pump body can to be removed without disconnecting it from the pipework. It also allows the unit to be installed in any position except with the inlet facing down. Counter-flanges (optional extra) conform to UNI 2236 PN10 standards. They have stainless steel shafts, fitted with ceramic graphite and NBR mechanical seals. They have 2 pole motors, with class F insulation and IP44 protection. They are designed for pumping clean water, at temperatures up to a maximum of 90ºC (ambient 40 ºC). With the addition of a foot-valve, they are capable of a suction lift of up to 7 metres. They are designed for hot and cold water circulation, water supply and transfer in industrial and agricultural applications.
